The stories circulating about the existence of a secret, of an accursed cave hidden deep in the forest, have always attracted the attention and curiosity of fearless men, who have tried, in vain, to locate its exact position. Its access is protected, as is the secret it guards: a Library guarded by Zitreg, the keeper of all the knowledge and magic it contains, who possesses the ability to discern the true potential behind certain creatures, lost in the current of their lives, but all with something special.
The brave adventurers, seekers and all manner of things who’ve found him and the Library are given a choice: either continue on their current paths or choose to become Sages, giving up the lives they once knew in exchange for embracing a new beginning. However, soon, all the chosen ones find themselves on the verge of war against an enemy that moves in the shadows and is hidden in plain sight. One that is as formidable as intangible…
M. A. Geritz’s career as an author, or rather, the moment when, almost without realizing it, he undertook his path as a novelist, began during the screening of Revenge of the Sith. From that point forward, the author embarked on a personal journey searching for fresh tales, tacks, turns, schemes and philosophical ideas. His journey led him to immerse himself initially in the works of renowned authors such as Tolkien and Lewis, then Rowling and Sanderson, and ultimately to Oda and Kishimoto.
Awestruck by their craftsmanship and attention to detail, he eventually began creating his own stories. His time at Rollins College helped him realize his true potential, thanks to some teachers who taught him how to write a good story while sticking to the original concept. Subsequently, following a decade-long journey into fiction, he crafted his own unique world, creating The Tales of Zitreg.
