Salma Navazesh was born in Bristol, England and amongst travelling the world, has lived in Iran, India, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. An avid reader, writer, painter and human rights activist throughout her life, she now lives in Toronto full time with her family. Her writing explores deeper concepts of generational connection, resilience and identity, themes that are all touched upon in her debut novel.
